Delivery & Shipping Policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS AND METHOD
Company Warehouse send you all the setup documents by email and also store them in the private server and you can access anywhere in the world.
If your preferred delivery method is by mail, the documents will be posted to you by Australia Post and extra costs may apply.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
A confirmation email is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
In most cases, the documents will be emailed you within a few minutes after the payment.

TRACKING ORDERS
If the documents have not arrived in 30 minutes after your placed the order, please contact our customer service department for assistance at info@companywarehouse.com.au
Please note the support is only available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 minutes– We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP but sometimes it may be delayed by ASIC.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Once the order has been placed, the costs can be refunded if the company has not been registered by ASIC.
Should you make an error when ordering online, you will be responsible for these errors and we cannot refund the costs.
